I’m really into self-help books since I’ve come home. And to be honest, I’m finding the ones I’m reading very useful. Kind of eye opening. But I’m also trying to read The Secret. It was one of those days. It started off with a fight with Jonathan and then I spent most of work either hiding from the boss or trying to be helpful. She (the boss) was frazzelled, I could tell and she took it out on my for a second. But I was hiding already. Don't worry about the left overs because there are ways you can do. Just like this recipe that can be made with leftover turkey, or a turkey breast. It is my great-grandmother's recipe. The cook time will not include the baking of the turkey, just making the salad. Keeping the salad somewhat chunky is part of what makes it good. No food processors, please. I serve this on a bed of red leaf lettuce and garnish with red and green seedless grapes and pecan halves. Cubed jellied cranberry sauce is very good with it, so I place that on the plate around the salad. Serve with assorted crackers or breads."

Directions:

1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.

2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs, turkey, pickles, prepared sandwich and salad sauce and mayonnaise. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 3 hours before serving.

OK, Geeks. I need your help. There’s a forum that’s hotlinking a big load of images from GGC and they are sucking my bandwidth dry. Luckily, I have tons of BW every month but I’m about ready to bitch slap the little twerps for doing this. This is not the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last. It happened another time a few weeks ago but it was just one image and I was able to quickly change the file name. This is about 15 very large images and I’m trying to avoid having to go in and change the file names. I’ve been reading about preventing hotlinking with .htaccess but I can’t get it to work! Any ideas?

It feels weird that now that wedding is fast approaching, it seems my brother and I become closer. Now that "G" is already a part of the family, I am thinking of whether to include her in our entourage list of not (Oneof Russ, cousin won't be able to make it kaya kulang na naman ang entourage list).
